"The beach is not the place to work; to read, write or think...too warm, too damp, too soft for any real mental discipline or sharp flights of spirit...Patience, patience, patience, is what the sea teaches. Patience and faith. One should lie empty, open, choiceless as a beach-waiting for a gift from the sea." Anne Morrow Lindberg

Wow! Look at those awesome shells!! Beautiful. I love Anne Morrow Lindberg. I read a biography of her life a year or 2 ago and then read A gift from the sea. She speaks my heart.
These are so lovely! Well remember the days of seashell collecting. I had some from both Atlantic and Pacific Ocean. With all our moves and now downsizing, I gave them away. Could use a couple as my bathroom has lighthouse pictures and a seaside feel - blue and white - but alas, not much counter space! You have a great collection for some serious crafts!
Wow, what a haul!
You found some good ones!!!
I always look for a few unusual ones. We have so many now, they need to be something special to even pick them up!
